Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Review quantities, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of tender QS experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, estimating software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Careful, proactive, and detail-oriented.
