The Goodhill Office Building and Logistics Center was developed by GOODHILL ENTERPRISE (CAMBODIA) Ltd. as a modern logistics hub in Cambodia. With a total construction area of 25,000 square metres and an investment of USD 20 million, the project is designed to strengthen Goodhill's distribution network while supporting international-standard supply chain management and logistics operations.

Headquartered in Singapore, GOODHILL ENTERPRISE (CAMBODIA) Ltd. is part of a multinational group with more than 55 years of history and was among the earliest foreign investors in Cambodia. After more than 40 years of operation in the country, the company has established itself as one of Cambodia's leading retail and distribution businesses, representing a diverse portfolio of premium international brands.

The development comprises a three-storey office building, a modern logistics warehouse with cold storage facilities, supporting utility buildings, an underground water tank and pump room, motorcycle parking area, security house, perimeter fencing and the main entrance gate. Upon completion, the facility serves as a strategic logistics hub supporting Goodhill's retail network and business partners throughout Cambodia.

To meet international product quality standards and improve supply chain efficiency, the project integrates Information Technology (IT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its warehouse management and logistics operations.

Prior to construction, GOODHILL conducted a comprehensive contractor selection process involving multiple technical evaluations and an independent consulting team. CBC was appointed as the Main Contractor, responsible for civil construction, structural steel, MEP systems and infrastructure works across the entire project.Completed within 240 days, the project was delivered on schedule while meeting the client's stringent quality requirements and achieving 5,000 safe working hours throughout construction.
