On December 18, 2025, CBC Construction officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Hyogo Vietnam Investment Project at Phu An Thanh Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam. The ceremony marked the beginning of a strategic industrial development and reaffirmed CBC's commitment to delivering high-quality manufacturing facilities for international investors in Vietnam.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Ogiso Minoru, Executive Director of Hyogo Vietnam Co., Ltd., representatives of the Tay Ninh Economic Zone Authority, Phu An Thanh Industrial Park, project consultants, and CBC Construction.

• Scope: Production factory, office building and supporting facilities
• CBC's Role: Design & Build Contractor
• Scheduled Completion: October 2026
• Expected Workforce: More than 600 employees

The project will be developed on a 15,000-square-metre site, comprising a production facility, office building and supporting infrastructure designed to meet Hyogo Vietnam's long-term manufacturing requirements. Upon completion, the factory is expected to create stable employment opportunities for more than 600 local workers, contributing to industrial development and economic growth in Tay Ninh Province.
During the ceremony, the Client reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable development by placing occupational safety, environmental protection and corporate responsibility at the heart of both construction and future operations.
