After more than four years of construction, CBC Construction has successfully completed the Marvel Garment Factory Complex at the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ), Cambodia. Spanning approximately 80 hectares with a total constructed area of 650,000 square metres, the project is one of the country's largest garment manufacturing complexes, strengthening Shenzhou International Group's production capacity in Southeast Asia.

Marvel Garment Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shenzhou International Group, one of China's leading textile and apparel manufacturers. In Cambodia, the group has invested approximately USD 250 million to establish a modern manufacturing base serving global apparel brands, including Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Puma, and Lululemon.

Construction commenced in March 2019, with the project delivered in multiple phases through 2024. Over more than four years of execution, CBC successfully completed 15 major facilities, including garment manufacturing, knitting, dyeing, embroidery factories, warehouse facilities, utilities and supporting infrastructure required for the operation of a world-class integrated manufacturing complex.
Upon completion, the Marvel Garment Factory Complex has become one of Shenzhou International Group's key manufacturing hubs in Cambodia, supporting the group's global supply chain and enhancing its production capacity for leading international apparel brands.

The successful delivery of the project further demonstrates CBC's expertise in executing large-scale industrial developments in international markets. By completing 650,000 square metres of construction across 15 major facilities, CBC continues to reinforce its reputation as a trusted main contractor for global manufacturing investors.
